CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
Purchasing
of product through this Website confirm the buyers acceptance of the

TERMS OF
PAYMENT: Unless otherwise stated in writing cleared payment for all
goods is required prior to despatch of order. In any case where a
payment default, dishonour or failure to pay occurs the goods shall
remain the property of PowerSweep Pty Ltd and be subject to
repossession at the suppliers discretion.
CLAIMS:
Short supply or damaged goods claims must be made lodged in writing
to within 72 Hrs of delivery.
USE OF
GOODS: The Buyer accepts responsibility in ensuring that all
intended users of these products use the purchased items in the
manner intended by the manufacturer and receive necessary training
if required.
RETURN FOR
CREDIT: No returns will be accepted without prior written approval
of the Seller.
